Description: The Carolyn & Ness Animal Shelter is 5,000 square feet located in West Memphis, AR. Scope of work includes continuous and spread footings, sloped slab on grade, installing floor & trench drains and site concrete. We are partnered with Wagner General Contractors on this project.
