Description: A 755 -bed student housing project less than a half mile from the University of Mississippi campus. The 370,000 square foot complex will mark the first large scale student housing project built within a mile of the Ole Miss campus since 2018. Scope of work includes 20,000 linear foot or curb and gutter, 125,000 sf of sidewalks, CIP retaining walls, CIP concrete steps and stairs, and a 20,000 square foot community pool deck. We are partnered with Montgomery Martin Contractors on the project.
